Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Economy Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
All US orders, other than Free Economy Shipping, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed, again at the customer's expense.
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package via our Order Tracking Page or the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping to select countries. If we do in the future, shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by your country.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you have not received your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at hello@beautifulthing.co with your order number so we can assist you.
